Crazy high dose: You need to see a doctor to wean you off this drug gradually. That is a very high dose. Don't stop suddenly because you could have seizures. Perhaps the doctor who prescribed it for you will take on the job of getting you off it. Good luck.

Talk to your doc!: 15mg? Not 1.5mg? That's a pretty good size dose! regardless, talk to your prescribing physician and tell him/her what you just wrote - that you want to quit. You'll need to taper off slowly to avoid withdrawal (http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/benzodiazepine_withdrawal_syndrome) which can be life-threatening if not deadly. So work w/your doc to taper off. You might need something else temporarily.
