Depends what your: diagnosis is. If you have occasional anxiety, then occasional Clonazepam is fine. It is not a rapidly absorbed drug though, and takes up to 2 hours to begin to reach levels, which do not peak until 4-6 hours. Because it maintains levels with dosing once or twice per day, it is commonly used in generalized anxiety disorder. In that case it should be taken regularly if the symptoms are regular.
