Nothing usually need: All babies were born with bowed legs. This usually starts correcting as they start to walk. Usually treatment is unnecessary unless it persists beyond age 3. Be sure the child is getting enough calcium and vitamin d. Persistent bowing can be caused by vitamin d deficiency. If it is getting worse, measurement of the distance between the knees while the child is lying down should be followed.

Pediatric orthopedic: If you're very concerned you should see a pediatric orthopedic surgeon to evaluate. Bowing may be physiological, but not always. If your baby is walking without trouble at 15 months, this is a good sign.
