Cyst, No Ectopic,yes: An ectopic pregnancy can look like a fallopian tube cyst on ultrasound, but the low levels of HCG @ 80 raise concerns about where the pregnancy is located, (uterus or tube?) please call and see your ob-gyn now for clarity.
