Is it normal to have a hard time sleeping in pregnancy?

Yes!: In the first trimester, nausea can keep you up at all times. Sometimes in the second trimester women have hormone changes that lead to insomnia for no good reason. The third trimester is more uncomfortable and you may have difficulty getting to sleep due to pain, heartburn or contractions. Do your best and remember that it is okay to take naps if you can!
