What does a soft tissue sarcoma look like?

Very hard...: To describe. Some are fibrous sarcomas and some are fatty liposaromas. Generally are hard, firm, gritty, gray-yellow rounded densities. Can infiltrate other tissues or can push other normal tissues away. Feels and looks differently than surrounding normal tissues.

Under the skin: Most soft tissue sarcomas are deep under the skin so the only thing that might be seen is a mass or lump.
