See below: If the sarcoma is localized, it should be removed by a cancer surgeon. If it has spread, chemotherapy is the best option. A combination of doxorubicin, Ifosfamide and Mesna is commonly recommended.

Usually surgery: Surgery, sometimes also combined with radiation therapy or less commonly chemotherapy. New treatments being evaluated in clinical trials.
