Sore ankle and pain on bottom of foot near little toe when i walk. from my heels?

Possibilities: Depends. Is there swelling? May just be a strain/sprain: especially if walking excessively in heels which is not good. If swelling is present and very painful may be a stress fracture. If persistent, see podiatrist.
