No: Colored contacts must be handled with the care and hygiene important for all contacts, namely, avoid overwear and make sure to clean your hands before inserting. Use the proper solutions for storage and insertion and never use homemade saline solutions. It the first sign of irritation consult an opthalmologist or optometrist to make sure there is no infection. Don't share lenses.

Contact lenses: It's not the color of the contact lens, it's how well it fits and how tolerable your eye is to it. Te color of the lens doesn't damage your eye sight. If you have only one good working eye, it is very important to wear them responsibly and have your eyes checked out routinely.
