Ophthalmologist: An Eye MD doctor (ophthalmologist) is the best option. The skin around the eye is very thin and fragile. You may have allergy which makes the lids more swollen and darker. Prolong swelling and allergy make the skin looser and darker. Cold compressors and icing is helpful. Consult with eye MD.
