All the bad stuff: is rather ruled out completely. Ovarian cancer would be totally ruled out (and would be classic for these symptoms) You are, too young for it, too. http://www.nerdpocalypse.net/diseases/irritable%20bowel.html Other associated symptoms. Pain, bloating, gas, rumbling stomach or pain association with defecation strongly suggest IBS.
