I'm 3cm dilated 37 weeks i woke up with pelvic pain it hurts to walk pee do anything. i'm on all fours to try to relieve the pain but its not working i try to swing my hips it hurts really bad. what's going on am i in labor without contractions?

Call your OB now: You need to call your OB or go directly to l&d for an evaluation on an urgent basis. If you are in early labor they can decide if it can be stopped or should proceed. Yes: Sounds like early labor (but with contractions). They can have a variety of sensations cause did ferment types of pain. Stretching of the pubic bones ligamentous component can also cause severe pain in the pubic bone, but really it sounds most like contractions. Latent phase labor pains.
