Im an african americam an i use epiduro an finacea to fade old acne scars but they barley help. what are other alternatives i can do to help my scars?

There are no topical creams or ablatives that will help. These procedures will lessen the appearance but not remove the scars. If you are a keloid former the treatments are less impressive.
