No clue: Although it is said that those with scabies have a craving for sweets. Likely an old wives tale.

Scabies: I suspect someone might have thought that because Norwegian scabies can occur in people who are immunocompromised. Malnutrition can affect the immune system. But, this doesn't mean that a person shouldn't eat sweets if they have scabies.
