No, this is not: set up for physicians to call in Rx or treat individual conditions. For now, general advice and recommendations are made, but not specific diagnoses or individual treatment plans. With regard to scabies, the standard treatment is a topical cream, Permethrin, not a pill. You should see a doctor (primary or urgent care) to receive treatment for your condition.
