About a month ago started having severe upper right abdominal pain. gallbladder gone and ct scan only shows ruptured cyst on left ovary. any ideas?

Many possibilities: Finding the cause of abdominal pain is like solving a mystery, compiling clues from one's history, exam, & lab+/-radiology tests. The pain may be coming from the abdominal wall, the colon, the kidney, the liver+/-bile ducts. What worsens the pain?..Is it related to food...Activities?...Is it cramping, dull, sharp?..Is there nausea...Vomiting...Wt loss? I advise you to find a thorough doctor.
