Talk about it!: I would want to know if I am on the wrong track with a patient. I see myself as a consultant, bringing professional knowledge to a patient's situation, which the patient can then use. Ultimately it is the patient's choice which of the appropriate treatments they want to try. And if a diagnosis does not fit or a treatment does not work, i want to know so we can change course.
