Usually 5-7d: Most pink eye meds do their work quickly & can be stopped after 5-7 days. Bleph 10 (sulfacetamide) can be a little irritating so a little redness with use is common. Some providers will recommend using it longer. Many patients that do not seem to respond actually have a viral process that may tale a few weeks to resolve.
