Neck lumps: If you're feeling lumps on both sides of your neck, they're probably cervical lymph nodes. Other neck lumps include sebaceous cysts, but it'd be uncommon for these to occur symmetrically. I'd recommend getting them checked out by your doc in the next 1-2 weeks - nothing urgent unless you're having fever, difficulty swallowing, or increasing pain. Then see your doc sooner.
