Antobiotics ful cour: You need to consult your doctor or ENT specialist as you will need proper antibiotics by mouth in appropriate dose and full course, the ntibiotic has to be broader spectrum to cover most offending organisms.Ent doctor may be able to obtain a culture to narrow the choice of appropriate antibiotics.
