Depression remedies: Include exercising, engaging in social interaction & engrossing activities, practicing gratitude, doing kind things for others, learning and practicing stress management, developing and committing to meaningful goals, avoiding negative thinking & negative comparisons with others, and talking to empathic & trusted people. Talk to a mental health professional about therapy & medication.

Possibly: These could be symptoms of depression, which could respond well to a combination of psychotherapy and antidepressant medication. However, part of the evaluation includes a general health checkup with diagnostic studies as needed, to make sure there are no physical conditions which could be causing or worsening them. Please don't just add a medication alone.
