Is there a natural remedy to treat glaucoma?

No: Not really. Weight loss might help. Healthy diet, no smoking, etc may help. No real treatment or cure.

No: Nothing definitive. Some things can temporarily increase pressure so avoiding too much caffeine or too much fast water intake, extreme stress etc. Regular exercise or alcohol might lower iop minimally. Be wary of claims like ginkgo will help glaucoma because evidence is weak. Consult your physician regarding alternative therapy vs. Conventional therapy.
