What is the national framework for older people?

Ambiguous question: Do you mean is the country doing more for the elderly? Actually the current programs have not changed but the money supply is dwindling and the prospect for maintaining the current level of funding is not good. This is part of the national debate. The improvement in medical and public health for the younger have increased the numbers of elderly.
