Virus or Allergy: See a doctor. You may need a bronchodilator or an ICS inhaler for asthma. If it is an infection instead, your doctor should also be able to help you. Symptoms sound like allergic rhinitis with mild allergic asthma or bronchospasm causing you to feel chest tightness. Take an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg or fexofenadine 180mg. If this doesn't help all your symptoms, then see your doctor.
