Constipation cures: Sounds like you're reporting constipation which can be described as decreased frequency and/or hard, difficulty to pass, stools. Natural methods include more fiber (aim for 25-36g/d), plenty of fluid (water, not alcohol or soft drinks) & regular physical activity. Stool softeners & laxatives are available over-the-counter but avoid taking regularly or else your bowel will become used to them.
