Black spot: If the wound has not healed up yet, then wait. Lip tissues tend to regenerate pretty well. If the burn was deep, then scar tissue will form. It's not usually not black in color. You should probably see a doc to make sure there is nothing else going on such as infection. I would not apply lemon juice as it may cause more damage.
