Simple,short nd safe: Assuming no other medical issues i would have a bowl of oatmeal with coffee then go for a walk;works great for senors. If that does not solve the constipation try some stewed prunes or just prunes out of the bag. These are simple and safe. If this is a consistent problem see your md, check your diet and possibly see a nutritionist.
