Altered Cognition: Dear aldaris7777, the end stages of brain cancer are difficult. Most of the time it involves altered mental status (confusion and forgetfulness). There are be seizures, headaches, paralysis, visual loss, and then a comatose state. A lot of the symptoms depend on where the tumor is located in the brain. At the very end brain herniation may occur and breathing will be erratic, then stop.

Variable: Symptoms are obviously variable, but the best i can describe them, they are most similar to alzheimers, but much, much faster. If the worst thing about alzheimers is how long it goes on, the "best" thing about end stage brain tumors is how short the suffering tends to be.
