What is terminal brain cancer?

Terminal is fatal: It is a tumor that most likely started in the brain, or less likely spread from another part of the body to the brain, that has no effective medical or surgical therapy. Based on the lack of effective therapy, the medical team believes that the brain cancer will cause the patient to die.
