Four (4x200=800 mg) is the most you should take at one time, and for a short period of time you could do that four times a day. If you have other medical problems, talk to your primary.

Depends: On the dose in the advil (ibuprofen). Advil (ibuprofen) is ibuprofin/motrin and the highest dose per day is 3200mg. 800 mg with food as it can upset your stomach 3x/day should keep you comfortable. I would take it at 6-7 hour intervals so it is never out of your system and you can stay ahead of the pain.
