Not likely: Direct from mayo clinic.Com complications of hypogonadism do not include brain atrophy and are: infertility erectile dysfunction decreased sex drive fatigue muscle loss or weakness enlarged male breasts (gynecomastia) decreased beard and body hair growth osteoporosis.
