Rare : Itching from lymphoma is possible but lower on the list of what can cause a boby itch.

Many possibilities: Itching is a common symptom and may have many causes. Why you would pick on lymphoma is not clear. This would not be in my five diagnoses to be considered first. If you have already been seen by a doctor, get the results and discuss this with them. Hope all comes out well.
