I have about 10 swollen lymph nodes i've had them since october 2022 i've not noticed any change doc said it was fine i've had bloods x ray and no weight loss i'm very skinny why are they still up?

The locations and sizes of those lymph nodes are very important. Lymph nodes can be palpable at certain anatomic sides if you are skinny. At times, reactive lymph nodes do not resolve to their original sizes after an infection. If those lymph nodes are of clinical significance, they have progressed since then. You had been examined and doctor did not concern about them, you should be reassured.
