Bipolar Disorder: Although I am very much in favor of blending the use of appropriate alternative medicine with traditional western medication - I do not know of any solo alternative treatment that will effectively deal with bipolar disorder. I do use acupuncture as an adjunct for bipolar patients to calm & balance. It has been very successful - but as an adjunct. Take care.
