Insomnia: Insomnia means trouble sleeping -- and there are different types. There's initial, middle, and terminal (meaning early morning awakening) insomnia. There may be associated symptoms which help to discern its cause. What's done for it depends on this cause -- it can be associated w/depression, in which case this is treated with medications & psychotherapy. There are other possibilities too.
