What's the best treatment for anxiety?

Anxiety: There is no "best" treatment for anxiety as there are many different types of anxiety including panic, social anxiety, worry, ocd, ptsd etc. Psychotherapy is an extremely important modality of care for anxiety, often this involves cognitive behavioral techniques, however this can also vary based on the diagnosis. Antidepressants, especially ssris and snris are frequently prescribed initially.
