Maybe: This is a tough one. It depends on your prescription (strength of the lenses) and the location of the lens (centered) and on any eye movement problem you may have. It is tricky because you may not know your eyes are not straight and the glasses can bring this out. This is not a simple yes/no question.

Yes: Your eyes may feel misaligned with certain glasses prescriptions, especially those where the lenses are very different from each other or the axis of astigmatism is different on each side. If the glasses are made poorly and the optical centers aren't lined up with your pupils, you can see the effect of induced prism, causing double vision or eye strain.
