Contact dermatitis: Most itchy bumps/spots of the palms are due to a contact dermatitis, or irritation from some exposure in our day-to-day world. This includes anything from lotions to our clothes to our tools at work. If these are new i would think about new exposures you might have had. If it doesn't improve with cessation of those exposures then i would talk with your primary physician.
