No: We have not used Aspirin or Aspirin like products in kids under age 16 for decades after it was tied to a rare cause of liver failure/death. The only exceptions are treating kids with arthritis, kawasaki disease or rheumatic fever. The "baby aspirin" as a low dose has resurfaced & is used with adults to help prevent heart attacks.
