Nausea most common: 2 weeks after ivf would make you 4 weeks pregnant. So nausea is the most common symptom. In general you should not feel anything still from the ivf with 2 exceptions. Some women can still have enlarged ovaries which can cause discomfort. And some women can be overstimulated which can cause bloating. But in general you should feel like a normal early pregnant women with some aches and pains.
