Ultrasound: It seems it would really be helpful for you to get an ultrsound in 2 weeks. At that point, you might start to see something, a little gestational sac, for instance. It's hard, and nervewracking, but so long as you are eating healthy, getting rest, decreasing stress and exercising, then all you can do at this point is wait. It's normal to have no symptoms at this point in pregnancy.
