Mostly not enjoyed.: Other than a pleasant dream, sleep is not particularly "enjoyed". But waking refreshed and with renewed energy is enjoyable. Unfortunately, this refreshment is increasing rare in our fast paced, fearful society. Having no restful sleep at all would be cause to get a check-up. Medical health is first level, brain/mental health is next level. A sleep specialist may be needed to finally answer why.
