Not bad.: The vinegar is an acid, which most opportunistic fungus and bacteria don't like to live in! the issue is that it often can't penetrate the nail enough to get to all of the fungus. There are oral medicines and a couple topical solutions that are fda approved for this condition. See a podiatrist for all the options that may be best for you.

Yes it's good to use: Two to three tablespoons of white vinegar or apple cider vinegar is good to use to combat nail and skin fungus. A topical anti fungal cream can also be used. Sometimes, if needed, an oral anti fungal agent is also used. Currently, we are adding on cold laser directly on the nails to help clear the nails quickly. Ultra violet light can be used on the shoes too.
