Not well: You are much better getting an over the counter cream such as lotrimin or lamisil (terbinafine).

Some say yes: Just like some say Vicks vapor rub works. It certainly won't hurt.Its really not hard to buy a tube of antifungal cream from the pharmacy so that would be my first option.

Not bad.: The vinegar is an acid, which most opportunistic fungus and bacteria don't like to live in! the issue is that it often can't penetrate the nail enough to get to all of the fungus. There are oral medicines and a couple topical solutions that are fda approved for this condition. See a podiatrist for all the options that may be best for you.
