I dont think so: I believe that based on your info you are showing mild to moderate signs of osteoporosis i dont think based on your info that you have a compression fracture if you have a further question you could get a bone scan, or mri.

Really Can't Tell: You may have deformity at L4 which could be an old fracture, however the only way to tell if it's new is to do an MRI to evaluate for edema or swelling in that bone.
