See y our dentist: If all your teeth are sensitive and it is not related to sinus issues then i would see my dentist and get checked for tmj, clenching/grinding. A night guard to protect the teeth and keep them from being sensitive is better than drugs.

Valium?: Valium isn't a pain reliever and has no analgesic properties, so this tells me that if its helping, it's treating the source of the problem. Anxiety/stress could be a very reasonable diagnosis. A bite splint, specifically an anterior bite plane , also might be good to consider to prevent clenching and grinding at night.
