You PCP/Surgeon: Though I am personally against this, one may get their pcp or a surgeon to do this. A reputable piercing salon would be an option. I would be very sure of the credentials of the place, inquire of their hygienic preactices and ask about their training. Know what you are doing, know the down side, the risks you are taking and procede slowly. Something so simple can indeed have very serious se's.
