Tell me when do babies begin to talk?

Really varies !!: Think of it like an apple tree blooming! not all boom turn ripe at same time! however , you can estimate if they are same batch! same as speech! they can babble at 6 months , say mama at 9 , dada at 1 ... There are some early bloomers, ..Conversing @ 2 yr, some of my 2 year old can turn on ipad , swipe it to open "angry birds" game!...While I have grand parents who can't turn on an iphone ...
