Mercury exposure: Mercury vapors escape when a cfl bulb breaks & several precautions are necessary. Stop airconditioning or fans in that room, open all doors and windows. After 15 min of airing the room, carefully gather all fragments & dispose as per local regulations for mercury containing products. Keep room open for several hours after clean up & do not switch on the ac in the room during that time.
