Where do i go to find most realistic cosmetic surgery photos before and after?

Doctor's office: Most websites will show examples of good or great results. Some surgeons post a wide range of their results, but many patient pictures will only be available for you to see during a consultation with a plastic surgeon. Start by reviewing physician websites, asking for recommendations from doctors or friends, then schedule a consultation and ask the doctor to show you examples.

Office consultation: Photographs of cosmetic patients are best viewed in the office of the cosmetic surgeon you are consulting with. However, searching on line and viewing various web sites will give you additional information. Be certain that the photographs you see are real patients of the surgeon you seek, not bought images. Remember that your face & body are unique and will not look like these photos.

Different locations: Members of the asps and asaps cannot retouch the photos they use on their websites or "brag books." when at the doctors office, ask to see lots of photos. You should get a good idea of what to expect. Please remember to have realistic expectations. It also takes time for wounds to completely heal.
